Ingredients
- 3 sheets phyllo dough
- 4.2 oz cooked ham
- 2.8 oz provola cheese
- to taste oregano
- to taste olive oil
Steps
Arrange a first sheet of phyllo dough on the work surface, brush it with oil and cover with a second and third sheet of phyllo dough.
At this point, fill half with cooked ham and sliced cheese.
Fold over itself and fill again, turn and seal as shown in the photo.
Brush the surface with oil and season with oregano.
Bake in a static oven at 400°F for 10 minutes or until golden.
Serve while still hot and super crispy!
