Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1.75 oz scamorza cheese
- 5 tbsps vegetable oil
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2.5 oz salami

- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations

Steps
Start by mixing the eggs, oil, and milk. Separately, combine the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Proceed by combining the liquids with the dry ingredients, continue mixing and add the salami and cheese.
Now pour the mixture to ¾ full and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes using the static mode.
Once done, remove them from the oven, cut off the top and let them cool slightly. Serve them on a platter with some olives.
Storage
They can be stored in a plastic bag until the next day. They can also be frozen.
