  • 2 rolls puff pastry
  • 7 oz cooked ham
  • 3.5 oz cheese
  • as needed egg
  • as needed poppy seeds
  • as needed pumpkin seeds
  • as needed sesame seeds

How to make the savory puff pastry with ham and cheese

  • Unroll the first disk of puff pastry, then use a knife to create portions by lightly scoring the pastry, but without cutting completely through the wedge.

  • At this point, fill each portion with cooked ham and cheese.

  • Close with the second disk and seal the edges well.
