The sea and mountain crostini are super easy and quick to prepare, making them an ideal appetizer for Christmas Day, but not only. Super good, they are prepared quickly and are also very practical. They can be made a few hours in advance and then served later. You need few ingredients: for the first crostino, salami, olives, and the Refined Calvè Mayonnaise delicate and with a touch of extra virgin olive oil, is also ideal for accompanying meat and vegetables. For the second crostino, I used shrimp and Fresh Ma-yo Calvè mayonnaise which adds delicacy and goes perfectly with the flavor of the shrimp. I’ll leave you with the recipe, please, if you try it let me know.
