Smoked Salmon Lasagna

Smoked salmon lasagna is a first course with the typical aroma of the holiday table.
It’s a truly delicious recipe, these lasagnas are creamy and flavorful. I especially recommend them for the New Year’s Eve dinner, you’ll see that everyone will like them so much that they will ask for seconds! The recipe doesn’t require many hours of preparation, in fact, everything can be prepared at the moment even for the béchamel, it really takes only 5 minutes to make at home and it’s much tastier. Another salmon recipe I recommend is the baked pasta with salmon and mozzarella.

How to Make Smoked Salmon Lasagna

  • First, prepare the béchamel by melting the butter in a saucepan over low heat.

  • At this point, turn off the heat and sprinkle in the sifted flour, stirring with a whisk to prevent lumps.

  • Then put it back on the heat and stir until it becomes golden.

  • Once you have the roux, add the hot milk and season with a sprinkle of nutmeg and a pinch of salt.
Then stir until it thickens, which will take about 10 minutes.

  • Spread a bit of béchamel on the bottom with a spoon and then a layer of pasta.

  • Next, add a layer of béchamel, mozzarella cut into cubes, and salmon cut into strips.

  • Create various layers, leaving the last one with a generous spoonful of béchamel and a generous sprinkle of grated cheese.
