Spicy Chicken Thighs

The spicy chicken thighs are a very tasty main course. The recipe is really simple, just season the meat with mustard and all the necessary spices and pop it in the oven!! It’s a flavorful and light dish that can be accompanied by a side of vegetables, or parmesan potatoes, or with gratinated carrots the chicken thighs are perfect for a family lunch or dinner. I baked them but you can also cook in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsps mustard
  • to taste spicy paprika (or sweet)
  • to taste garlic
  • to taste rosemary
  • to taste salt

How to Make Spicy Chicken Thighs

  • Place the chicken thighs on a large plate, then brush with mustard.

  • Now season with spices: garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and paprika, then massage with your hands so the seasoning completely covers them, then cover with plastic wrap and let rest for at least 1 hour.

  • Drizzle with a little oil, bake the spicy chicken thighs in a preheated fan oven at 375°F for about 30-35 minutes.
