- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups mascarpone
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 10.5 oz strawberries
- to taste lemon zest
- to taste vanilla powdered sugar

How to Make Strawberry and Mascarpone Cake
In a large bowl, pour the mascarpone, add the sugar and grated lemon zest.
Then mix everything with the mixer, then add one egg at a time, then incorporate the all-purpose flour.
At this point, chop the strawberries and add them to the batter.
Pour everything into a 9-inch springform pan, well buttered. Then arrange some larger strawberry slices on top as garnish.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake your strawberry and mascarpone cake in static mode for about 45-50 minutes.
At the end, take it out of the oven and let it cool on a cake rack. Dust liberally with vanilla powdered sugar.
Storing the Strawberry and Mascarpone Cake
This type of preparation can be safely stored outside the fridge, but under a cake dome for up to 2-3 days. As for freezing, it is possible but not recommended as it would lose all its fragrance.
