How to make Tiramisu Muffins

  • In a large bowl, start by beating the eggs with the sugar and vanilla.

  • Mix well with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes or until the eggs become frothy. Continue with the mixer and add the oil and cold coffee.

  • Sift in the flour while continuing to mix, and start incorporating the flour and baking powder.

  • Then pour into muffin molds and bake at 350°F in static mode for 15-20 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, pour the cold milk from the fridge into the mixer, then pour in the Dolceneve and start whipping, it will take about 5 minutes.

  • At this point, decorate your muffins with the prepared cream using a piping bag and a generous sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa.

Storage and variations for Tiramisu Muffins

They keep in the refrigerator until the next day. If you prefer, you can pasteurize the eggs with the recipe for mascarpone cream with pasteurized eggs. To make the muffins more delicious, you can add chocolate chips.
