Ingredients

  • 33 Pavesini biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 6.76 oz coffee
  • 7.05 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 6.76 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 Plate
  • 1 Mixer

Steps

  • First, make the coffee, then pour it into a large bowl and add a couple of tablespoons of milk, then soak the Pavesini biscuits in it.

  • Arrange them on cling film in 3 rows.

  • Mix the mascarpone cheese with the powdered sugar, then fold in the whipped cream.

  • Then fill the roll with the prepared cream.

  • Roll everything up, using the cling film to help, then close it like a candy.

  • Let it rest in the freezer for at least 1 hour, then remove the cling film, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa, and serve.

Storage

You can store the Tiramisu Pavesini Roll in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
