The tomato and bacon snacks are an irresistible treat! Following the great success of the Snacks with Philadelphia, I want to offer you an equally quick summer version, which can be prepared in 5 minutes and you can also cook them in an air fryer. I love preparing Appetizers, my favorites are the eggplant roll with arugula and speck and the rolls with ham and Philadelphia to accompany the tomato and mozzarella sandwiches. The tomato and bacon snacks can be served either hot or cold and prepared a couple of hours in advance. Try them, I’m sure you’ll like them!
