Tomato Zucchini Skewers

Ingredients

  • 5 zucchini
  • 3.5 oz speck
  • 3.5 oz cheese
  • 1 cup cup tomato sauce
  • Parmesan cheese

Steps

  • Wash and trim the zucchini at the ends, then slice them horizontally into thin strips using a knife or mandolin.

  • At this point, grill the zucchini, then stuff them with ham and cheese.

  • Manually skewer all the rolls onto the stick and transfer them to a baking dish.

  • Top with tomato sauce and cheese.

  • Bake in the oven at 375°F for about 15 minutes.

  • Remove from oven and serve hot and cheesy!
