- cup milk
- 1½ tsp salt
- 6 oz potatoes (boiled)
- 1½ tsp instant yeast
- to taste parsley
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps to Make Turkish Bread
Boil the potatoes and mash them, then place them in a bowl. Add the milk.
Blend the potatoes with an immersion blender (or a mixer) to make a puree.
Incorporate the yeast, flour, and salt. Knead everything to form a compact and soft dough.
Let it rise for 1 hour in a bowl covered with plastic wrap in the oven with only the light on.
Divide the dough into 5 equal parts, then roll out with a rolling pin aiming to get ovals.
Cook in a lightly oiled pan on both sides for about 3-4 minutes.
Once cooked, season with oil and parsley, or leave them plain if you prefer.
