- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12.3 oz ladyfingers
- 3 tbsp strawberry jam
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- to taste sliced almonds
- to taste milk

How to Make Yogurt Brick
Start by lining a 10-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, then whip the cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Next, add the yogurt to the cream and mix gently without deflating the mixture.
Take the lined pan and make a first layer of cream.
Continue by adding a layer of cookies soaked in milk. Follow with a second layer of cream to cover the cookies.
Add a layer of jam over the cream and continue with the second layer of soaked cookies. Finally, cover with the last layer of cream.
Place the dessert in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
After the resting time in the freezer, turn the brick onto a serving plate.
Decorate with jam and almonds.
Storage and Tips for Yogurt Brick
The yogurt brick can be stored in the freezer for up to 3-4 days covered with plastic wrap. To best enjoy the dessert, take it out of the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving, and decorate it only just before serving.
