How to Make the Zucchini and Potato Pie Perfect to Impress Everyone
Start by trimming the ends of the zucchini, then grate them with a coarse grater.
Peel the potatoes and grate them as well, then place the well-squeezed vegetables in a bowl.
Add salt, parmesan, flour, and eggs.
Mix everything, then pour half of the mixture into an oiled baking dish sprinkled with breadcrumbs, fill with salami and cheese.
Pour the other half of the mixture to close, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with oil.
Bake in a static oven at 375°F for 40 minutes or until golden.
