How to make zucchini rings

  • Wash and clean the zucchinis, then slice them.

  • With the nozzle of a pastry bag or a bottle cap, make a small hole in the center.

  • Then dip the zucchini rings first in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs mixed with salt and garlic

  • At this point, fry in hot oil until golden brown, drain on absorbent paper. Season with a pinch of salt and serve.
