Simple yet very tasty, the baked fish gratin is perfect to serve as an appetizer or main course.
During the Christmas holidays, but also throughout the year, I like to offer new dishes that don’t require too many steps and can possibly be brought to the table after being heated, which means having everything prepared in advance and the possibility to enjoy the company.
This recipe in particular is very simple to make because the seafood we use, namely shrimp and squid, clean quickly; the same goes for broccoli… just divide them into florets, rinse, and you’re done!
The only recommendation I feel like giving you is: go to the fish market and try this baked fish gratin as soon as possible!
