Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz chicken breast
  • 2 cups peppers (1/2 red and 1/2 yellow)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp spices (for roast)
  • parsley (to taste)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • fine salt

Steps

  • – Wash the peppers, cut them in half, remove the seeds and filaments, and slice them into strips. Place them in a bowl.

  • – Slice the chicken breasts into strips and place them in the same bowl with the peppers.

  • – Season with parmesan, breadcrumbs, and pre-washed, dried, and chopped parsley.

  • – Add salt, garlic powder, and spices.

  • – Mix the ingredients well and then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, trying to alternate the ingredients.

  • – Sprinkle everything with the ingredients left at the bottom of the bowl and then drizzle with oil.

    Bake in a hot oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes.

Tips:

– Chicken strips with peppers can be prepared in advance and then reheated in the microwave or pan. Instead of roast spices, you can use sweet or spicy paprika
