How to make coconut amaretti kisses
- 5.3 oz ricotta
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3.5 oz coconut flour
- 1/4 cup liqueur (white chocolate or similar to vov)
- 1 package amaretti
- ground cinnamon
Steps
– Sift the ricotta to make it smoother, add the powdered sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, and mix.
– Pour the liqueur into a bowl and dip the amaretti, quickly to soften them without soaking too much.

– Instead of ricotta, you can use mascarpone or soft cream cheese.
The liqueur can also be substituted with rum, espresso, or Grand Marnier.
