Ingredients

How to make coconut amaretti kisses

  • 5.3 oz ricotta
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3.5 oz coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup liqueur (white chocolate or similar to vov)
  • 1 package amaretti
  • ground cinnamon

Steps

  • – Sift the ricotta to make it smoother, add the powdered sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, and mix.

    – Pour the liqueur into a bowl and dip the amaretti, quickly to soften them without soaking too much.

    – Using a teaspoon, generously spread the mixture on the surface of one amaretto and then assemble the sweet by pairing it with another amaretto (without filling). Apply light pressure to seal them.

    – Pour the coconut flour into a tray or flat plate and roll the coconut amaretti kisses.

  • – Serve the coconut amaretti kisses on a cake stand or a small tray.

Storage and Tips

– The coconut amaretti kisses can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

– Instead of ricotta, you can use mascarpone or soft cream cheese.

The liqueur can also be substituted with rum, espresso, or Grand Marnier.
