Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F
– Grate the zucchini, salt them and let them shed moisture for at least 10′; after this time, place them in a clean cloth and squeeze.
– Put zucchini and Parmesan in a bowl and mix.
– Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and form the chips by transferring spoonfuls of the mixture and flattening them with the back of a moistened spoon.
– Bake until golden at 375°F (about 15′). The chips will become crispy once they are completely cooled.
