Light Tiramisu Truffles

With only 4 ingredients and few calories, light tiramisu truffles are a little treat without baking and without added sugars except for those in the cookies.

A treat we can indulge in when we crave something sweet but are following a low-calorie diet or simply want to keep the calories in check!

The execution of these bonbons is extremely simple, as you will see, because the cookies are blended and mixed with yogurt and coffee; and that’s why I like them, because they’re perfect even to serve if you improvise a coffee or tea with friends… like “see you in half an hour for coffee at my place?”… and you make them!

Then if you want to use ricotta instead of Greek yogurt or sweeten them slightly, you can do it easily!

I leave you with doses, procedure, and photos of this cute and quick light tiramisu truffles recipe and if you want to browse more themed recipes, follow the links below.
