The Mediterranean turkey breast is a succulent and quick recipe.
Very easy to make and with the typical flavors of our Mediterranean, I am convinced that this dish will win you over too.
After all, it’s about flouring the meat and browning it in a pan with the aromas and tomatoes; a splash of white wine and in no time at all, you will create a sauce that will make the meat very tasty and will be perfect for dipping bread.
The choice to use turkey meat is entirely personal, but nothing prevents you from trying chicken breast or pork loin slices.
