Ingredients
- 3.5 oz plain yogurt
- 3.5 oz Digestive biscuits
- 1 oz Lotus Biscoff spread
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps
Place the biscuits in the blender cup and pulverize them.
Add the Biscoff spread.
At this point, add the yogurt to the blender cup.
The last ingredient to add is the sifted cocoa.
Blend all the ingredients well and place in the fridge covered for an hour.
Form balls the size of a hazelnut and roll them in colorful sprinkles. Place each truffle in a baking cup and store in the fridge.
Storage:
They can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.

How do I substitute yogurt?
You can use well-drained ricotta.
Why didn’t you add sugar to the mixture?
The Lotus spread is quite sweet, as is Nutella, so there’s no need to add sugar.
