Ingredients
- 9 oz pumpkin
- 3.5 oz speck slices
- spices (to taste)

Steps
Cut the pumpkin into cubes of more or less the same size and rinse quickly.
Season with chosen spices; I used roast mix, ground coriander, and a pinch of nutmeg. Wrap each pumpkin cube with a slice of speck folded over itself; if the slice is too large, divide in two and then fold. Secure with a toothpick.
Cook for about 15′ in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) or in the oven for 20′. There’s no need to grease or salt. At most, each diner can decide whether to season with a little salt. Serve hot.
