Ingredients

  • 4 oz zucchini
  • 2.1 oz chickpea flour
  • 1.8 oz water (adjust based on absorption)
  • fine salt

Steps

  • – Grate the zucchini julienne style after washing and cleaning it.

    – Mix the zucchini with the chickpea flour, add the water, a pinch of salt and pepper (optional) to form a batter.

  • – Heat the pan with a drizzle of oil over medium heat and pour spoonfuls of batter. Flip only once.

    – Serve with tomatoes or a sauce like this

Variations:

Instead of chickpea flour, you can use pea flour
