  • 8 slices sandwich bread
  • 3.5 oz smoked salmon
  • flax seeds
  • sesame seeds

Steps

Smoked Salmon Trees

  • – Remove the crust from the slices of sandwich bread and cut them with star-shaped molds of various sizes.

  • – Cut the salmon by pressing a bit to get a clean cut and then overlap them onto the corresponding bread stars.

  • – On each slice, sprinkle a few seeds and then start assembling the tree, starting from the largest star down to the smallest.

  • – Skewer each tree with a toothpick and finish with a star cut out from a strip of zucchini.

  • – The smoked salmon tree is ready to be served.

Storage

– The trees should be placed on a tray and covered with a light layer of cling film, or you can store them in a cake carrier with a lid.
