Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs (medium size)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup rice oil (or another oil)
- 1/2 cup partially skimmed milk (or whole or plant-based)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup 50% dark chocolate
- 12 oz strawberries
- gelatin (for glazing)

Steps
– The procedure is the same as the happiness tart. Beat the eggs with the sugar, pour in the oil and milk, and finally the previously sifted and combined powders. Fill the slightly greased mold with the mixture then bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
– The procedure is always the same: Finely chop the chocolate; bring the cream to a light boil and pour it over the chocolate, stirring from the center outwards.
– Cover with cling film on contact and let cool at room temperature, then pour it over the cake on the grooved side and refrigerate to set.
– Wash and dry the strawberries; cut them into small pieces and collect them in a bowl.
– Add two tablespoons of gelatin for glazing and mix gently
– Decorate the tart and refrigerate.
Tips:
– Gelatin is useful to prevent the strawberries from oxidizing, but if you don’t want to use it, decorate the cake just before serving it, so you will have an effect similar to that of pastry shops.
