Soft Happiness Tart

The soft happiness tart is the dessert of happiness! Because each slice has a deliciousness that makes you happy; in fact, you can fill it as you wish.
It’s simply fantastic and a delight for both the eyes and the palate!
Seen some time ago while browsing on a social network, I literally fell in love with it and I had promised myself to make it sooner or later. The opportunity presented itself these days, for Marco’s birthday; I had little time to prepare a cake like last year’s or like this other one, but I didn’t want to disappoint him, so flipping through the virtual album on my phone, I chose her. I didn’t know how the one in the photo was made, so I thought of the soft tart because it’s quick to make, I filled it with a dark chocolate ganache and then had fun decorating it.
Needless to say, every slice was delicious, and the soft happiness tart was gone in no time!

  • 2 chocolates (Rocher or other type)

Preparation of the Soft Happiness Tart

  • The execution is very easy and you can find it here

  • -Bring the cream to a boil and pour it in 3 times over the chopped dark chocolate placed in a bowl. Stir from the center outward. Cover with cling film in contact and let it cool to room temperature.

  • – Bring water, sugar, and aromas to a boil. As soon as the sugar melts, turn off the heat and wait for it to cool before using.

  • – Lightly soak the tart base with the cold syrup (without overdoing it).

-Pour the ganache into the tart shell and set aside until it slightly solidifies.

  • – Place the tart on the tray and with the help of a ruler, divide the tart into 8 slices.

  • – Cut the tart with a smooth-blade knife following the lines made earlier.

  • – Decorate each slice of the soft happiness tart as you like.

Tips:

– The soft tart keeps well in the fridge; to enjoy it at its best, take it out at least half an hour before.

The ganache made with these amounts has the right consistency to fill a dessert. If you want it thicker for icing or decorating, you need to increase the amount of chocolate. For example, 150g of chocolate and 100g of cream. In both cases, use quality products.
