Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup rice
  • 4 oz 60% dark chocolate
  • 2.7 oz water (hot)
  • unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps

Boil the rice without adding salt according to the package directions; then drain.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.

  • Pour the still warm rice into the hand blender/food processor container and add the hot water.

  • Add the melted chocolate.

  • Blend until a cream is obtained and then divide into serving bowls. Refrigerate and before serving, dust with unsweetened cocoa powder.

Storage:

The two-ingredient pudding can be stored in the fridge for 3 days covered with cling film in contact.
