The vegan chocolate muffins without added sugars are part of those recipes that everyone can eat, whether following a vegan or vegetarian diet, or those trying to lead a healthy lifestyle, starting with nutrition.
Without added sugars, except those present in fruit, these muffins are also egg-free and gluten-free and therefore perfect for those with various intolerances or allergies, provided you also substitute the baking powder and cocoa with gluten-free alternatives.
Recently, you might have noticed various recipes containing the word without on the blog, as I have explained several times, I am trying to diversify our diet by eating in a healthier and more conscious way.
Returning to the vegan chocolate muffins without added sugars, I can add that they have been a pleasant discovery for me as a chocolate lover and are really delicious, soft, and I don’t miss the sugars at breakfast; their sweetness comes from the apples in the batter.
