Different from the usual, water crepes, as the name already suggests, are lighter than traditional ones but just as tasty.
Perfect for those following a low-calorie diet, these crepes can be filled with spreads and jams as well as seasoned with really tempting and pleasant savory dishes; moreover, they contain neither butter nor milk in the batter, making them ideal for those who are lactose intolerant.
Unlike regular crepes, these do not even require resting the batter in the fridge, so if you feel like making two crepes to spread Nutella on, you can easily satisfy your craving in no time.
