The breakfast/snack theme is back strongly, and these little cookies are really great for dipping in milk or munching on as a snack, … then the ingredients are really few and among them is yogurt, which ensures they are pleasantly soft inside and stay that way for days!

Yogurt Cookies Ready in 5 Minutes

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups plain yogurt
  • 0.3 cups sugar
  • 1.76 oz egg (1 medium)
  • 1 tsp acacia honey
  • 0.25 cups rice oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 0.5 cups chocolate chips
  • Half packet baking powder
  • to taste vanilla (seeds from one pod or extract)

Preparation of Yogurt Cookies Ready in 5 Minutes

  • Sift the flour and baking powder;

    – Preheat the oven to 356°F

    – In a bowl, mix egg, yogurt, oil, sugar, and honey, then add the sifted flour and baking powder and finally the vanilla pulp or extract.

    – Also add the chocolate chips and broken milk chocolate (pieces should be about the size of the chips if used) and mix briefly. The final dough should not be sticky to the touch.

    – Form balls of about 0.7 to 1 oz and place them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

    – Bake for 10’/ 12′.

    – Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Advice

if you like, you can also use milk chocolate, broken into pieces or mix chocolate chips and milk chocolate (chopped to pieces as small as the chips)

    – Yes

  • Why use rice oil?

    – I prefer using rice oil in sweet recipes because it has a delicate flavor; but feel free to use the oil of your choice.
