The bread bombettes are quick and delicious stuffed buns. I had bought some buns at the supermarket that we didn’t really like (used as we are to the delicious Sicilian bread… :D), so I decided to stuff them with a delicious, stringy, and creamy filling and they literally flew off the table! The bread bombettes are rich and super delicious, a perfect recipe also as a fridge-cleaner, great to make whether you have some day-old or stale bread, or fresh bread, I added cream cheese, scamorza, tomatoes, and cooked ham, but of course, you can use the ingredients you prefer, try them because they are truly delicious bites!

● Stuff the bread rolls with the filling just prepared, pressing well to fit as much as possible.
● Place the bread bombettes on a baking tray, sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top, drizzle with a little oil, and bake them in a preheated oven at 392 Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes.
Notes:
The bread bombettes can be stored at room temperature for a few hours or in the fridge for a couple of days. Of course, you can customize the filling with the ingredients you prefer.
