Capricious tuna salad is a delicious and clever no-cook recipe, a super quick appetizer (or side dish) ready in 5 minutes, you don’t have to cook anything or wait for resting times. In fact, this big salad, unlike the original where the vegetables need to marinate, is made with ready-to-eat salad, so you just need to assemble all the ingredients and mix. Moreover, I replaced the cooked ham with tuna which perfectly matches the other ingredients, to make a fish appetizer, ideal for Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve dinner. The capricious tuna salad is perfect as a last-minute Christmas appetizer, you can prepare it quickly, even the day before, and it will literally disappear, I make it every year and it always finishes, it’s excellent on its own and perfect on bruschetta, it’s always a hit!

Add the drained tuna, well-drained pickled vegetable salad, mustard, mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, and mix all the ingredients well.
The capricious tuna salad is ready, you can serve it immediately, or better yet, let it rest in the fridge for at least 20/30 minutes to let it absorb the flavors well.
Advice:
Capricious tuna salad can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days. If you prefer, you can replace the mayonnaise with tuna sauce or a yogurt sauce for a lighter version.
