- 12 oz pasta
- 7 oz stracciatella
- 5 oz cherry tomatoes
- 2.5 oz unsalted pistachios
- 10 black olives
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Steps
● Cold pasta with stracciatella is very simple and quick to prepare. First, cook the pasta in salted boiling water and drain it al dente, let it cool slightly.
● Put the pasta in a bowl and add the washed cherry tomatoes, cut into 4 parts and salted, pitted black olives, stracciatella, chopped pistachios, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, and mix all the ingredients well.
● Cold pasta with stracciatella is ready, you can enjoy it immediately, but I recommend letting it rest in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving, this way it will be well flavored.
