- 14 oz feta
- 9 oz cherry tomatoes
- 3 potatoes (medium)
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- to taste oregano
- to taste paprika
Steps
The feta with potatoes and cherry tomatoes in the oven is very simple and quick to prepare, first peel the potatoes, cut them into small chunks and put them in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil and let them cook for about ten minutes, do the fork test to check the cooking.
Meanwhile, cut the feta into cubes and the cherry tomatoes into pieces. Drain the potatoes directly into the baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes, salt, and give it a stir.
Add the feta, minced garlic and parsley, a pinch of black pepper, oregano, paprika, extra virgin olive oil and mix everything together, distribute everything evenly on the base of the baking dish to ensure even cooking.
Cook the feta with potatoes and cherry tomatoes in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes or in an air fryer at 356°F (180°C) for 15/17 minutes.
Advice:
The feta with potatoes and cherry tomatoes can be stored at room temperature for a few hours or in the fridge for a couple of days, it is good both hot and cold. If you don’t like garlic, you can omit it. You can add the spices you prefer.
