The mini pizzas with meat sauce are a very simple and quick recipe to prepare. I wanted homemade mini pizzas and I didn’t make the classic red pizzas, with just tomato, but I topped them with a creamy and delicious meat sauce. I used Il Mio Gran Ragù Star Extra Gusto, a delicious and homemade-like sauce, made only with 100% Italian meat. Soft, fluffy, and super quick to prepare, these mini pizzas with meat sauce are also yeast-free. Prepare the dough in 5 minutes and bake them immediately, they are cheesy and very tasty!

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz all-purpose flour
- 180 Mio Gran Ragù Star Extra Gusto
- 5.3 oz scamorza cheese
- 0.5 cup water
- 0.2 cup milk
- 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
- to taste milk (for brushing)
Steps
Mini pizzas with meat sauce are very simple and quick to prepare. First, prepare the dough: in a bowl, place the flour, yeast, milk, water at room temperature, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and mix all the ingredients well.
Quickly work the dough on a floured surface and divide it into 6 equal parts.
Take a piece of dough and roll it out to form a disk about 0.4 inch thick. Place the mini pizzas on a baking sheet, brush them with a little milk, top with Il Mio Gran Ragù Star Extra Gusto, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20/25 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, add the mozzarella in small pieces and bake the mini pizzas with meat sauce for a few more minutes, just enough time to melt the cheese.
