  • 4.5 oz arugula
  • 1.75 oz walnuts
  • 1.5 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 peaches
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Half lemon juice

Steps

  • The peach and feta salad is super easy and quick to prepare. First, peel the peaches and cut them into small pieces, then cut the feta into cubes.

  • In a glass jar, combine extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Close and shake it to create a tasty emulsion, a dressing that will make our big salad super flavorful.

  • In a bowl, place the arugula, feta, peaches, coarsely chopped walnuts, and the previously prepared emulsion. Give it a good mix to combine all the ingredients well.
