- 3 pears (small)
- 1 pinch salt
- Half packet baking powder

Steps
The pear and chocolate cookies are very simple and quick to prepare, first clean the pears, peel them, and cut them into small pieces. Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix with a fork.
Add the milk and vegetable oil and roughly mix the ingredients using the fork, then add the chocolate chips and pears, and form a homogeneous mixture using a spatula.
Take a bit of the dough with a spoon and form the cookies directly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making small mounds, then bake them in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes.
Finish the pear and chocolate cookies with a light dusting of powdered sugar.
Tips:
The pear and chocolate cookies keep at room temperature for up to 4 days. If you prefer, you can omit the chocolate chips or replace them with walnuts, almonds, or other nuts to taste. If you like, you can add a pinch of ground cinnamon to the dough.
