Ingredients
- 0.5 cup milk
- 0.3 cup chocolate chips
- 3.5 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 pears
- 2 eggs
- 1 package phyllo pastry (10/11 sheets)
- to taste powdered sugar
Steps
The phyllo cake with pears and chocolate is very simple and quick to prepare, first put the milk, eggs, sugar in a bowl and mix quickly with a hand whisk or a fork.
Clean the pears and slice them thinly, I did not remove the skin, do as you prefer.
Crumple the sheets of phyllo pastry, one at a time, and place them next to each other in a non-stick tray greased with a little melted butter, then brush the remaining melted butter over the phyllo pastry.
Insert the pear slices between the folds and also add the chocolate chips, pour over the previously prepared batter and bake the phyllo cake with pears in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes, it should be golden brown. Carefully unmold the cake and garnish it with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
