The sausage and stracchino cannelloni are an oven-baked first course that is easy, quick, clever and delicious. I prepared this recipe thinking of Easter; I love the combination of sausage and stracchino, I’ve used it in many recipes and this time I wanted to try it for a baked pasta using lasagna sheets. I find them perfect because, as well as being super quick, they are also very practical and delicious — you can prepare them in a few minutes with a few simple ingredients, without béchamel and without even needing to pre-cook the sauce. Savory, soft and creamy, these sausage and stracchino cannelloni will win everyone over, adults and children; you can even make them the day before so they’re ready to bake. They’re really special!
