The sautéed potatoes are a simple but truly delicious recipe. I wanted to prepare a vegetable side dish to serve for dinner with some roasted meat, and I thought of preparing non-fried potatoes, but cooked in a pan with less oil and some other ingredients that make them amazing. What a show! The sautéed potatoes are very quick to prepare, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, golden and tasty, make plenty of them because they literally disappear, they are very appetizing, perfect also as an appetizer or vegetarian main dish!
