Tiramisu pastries are clever and super delicious no-bake treats. I had a package of ladyfingers, mascarpone, and everything needed to make a nice tiramisu, but, at the last minute, I decided to make some finger food and single-serving treats that were literally a hit, similar to the ladyfinger pastries I made a few weeks ago. Delicious, soft, and creamy, tiramisu pastries are prepared in just a few minutes without cooking anything, the mascarpone and coffee cream is made without cream, without raw eggs, and without instant coffee, they melt in your mouth, they look like they came out of a pastry shop for how beautiful they are, but you can make them with your own hands in 10 minutes, you can then freeze them and enjoy them as if they were small semi-frozen treats 😀

Ingredients
- 18 oz mascarpone
- 14 oz ladyfingers
- 4.4 oz sugar
- 0.9 oz coffee (a small cup)
- a small cup of coffee + milk as needed to soak
- as needed unsweetened cocoa powder
Steps
Tiramisu pastries are super easy and quick to make, first put the mascarpone, sugar, unsweetened cocoa, espresso coffee (prepare it a little earlier, it should be cold) in a bowl and blend all the ingredients well using an electric mixer.
Transfer the coffee cream to a pastry bag with a flat tip (or another shape, for filling) and fill the flat side of a ladyfinger, then close with another cookie.
Mix the coffee with a bit of milk and quickly soak all the treats, dipping only the outer part of the ladyfingers in the soak.
Decorate the tiramisu pastries with the remaining cream, I changed the tip to a small star one. Finish the tiramisu pastries with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa and arrange them in paper pastry cups.
Notes:
Tiramisu pastries can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Alternatively, you can freeze them and enjoy them as small semifreddo treats. If you want, for a lighter version, you can replace some or all of the mascarpone with cream cheese.
