The white Parisian pizza is a super quick and clever recipe. I didn’t know what to prepare for dinner; I had a puff pastry roll and a pizza dough roll in the fridge and decided to make a delicious and cheesy Parisian pizza, but not the classic recipe. I made a variant of this savory pie (one of the many you can find HERE) without tomato (which I didn’t have at home either) but equally delicious! You can make the white Parisian pizza in 5 minutes. It is soft, crispy, and very tasty, perfect as a starter, main dish, appetizer, for a party, or buffet. It will win you over at the first bite!
- Difficulty: Easy

- Cuisine: Italian

Ingredients
- 10.58 oz scamorza
- 7.05 oz cooked ham
- 1 roll puff pastry (rectangular)
- 1 roll pizza base
- 1 egg
- to taste oregano
Steps
The white Parisian pizza is very simple and quick to prepare. First, unroll the pizza base roll and place it on a baking sheet, layer with some slices of cooked ham, scamorza cheese, a bit of oregano, more cooked ham, and cover the filling with the puff pastry roll.
Seal the edges well and fold them inward, brush the surface of the white Parisian pizza with beaten egg and prick it with a toothpick (to prevent the puff pastry from puffing up too much during cooking).
Bake the white Parisian pizza in a preheated oven at 392 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes, it should be golden.
Notes:
The white Parisian pizza can be stored at room temperature for a few hours or in the fridge for a couple of days. You can also fill it with other cured meats (salami, speck, mortadella, cooked ham, etc.), but also add vegetables to taste, to make it even richer and tastier.
