Air Fryer Meatballs: Crunchy, Light, and Tasty

Air fryer meatballs are the perfect alternative to traditional fried meatballs, offering a lighter cooking method without excess oil.

Thanks to the air fryer, these meatballs are crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside, retaining all their authentic flavor. Easy to prepare and ideal for any occasion, they are perfect for a family lunch, a tasty dinner, or as finger food for an appetizer. 😊
This air fryer meatball recipe is ideal for those looking for a flavorful yet healthier dish compared to traditional frying. Ground meat combined with simple ingredients like breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, and herbs creates an irresistible mixture. I prepared them stuffed with sausage and provolone cheese, but you can add whatever you like or nothing at all, leaving them simple.

Additionally, hot air cooking ensures a golden and crispy result without compromising texture and taste.
The meatballs can be accompanied by various condiments like homemade tomato sauce, cheese sauce, or flavored mayonnaise. The versatility of this recipe allows it to be adapted to your tastes, making it a perfect option for the whole family.
