Steps

    With damp hands, take a small amount of the mixture, shape it into a patty, and then flatten it into a cutlet shape.

  • In a plate, add breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt, and preferred herbs; I added oregano and paprika.
    Gently dip the cutlets first in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
