Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 3/4 cups rice flour
- 2/3 cup potato starch
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup sugar

Steps
Peel the bananas, cut them lengthwise into “two strips”
and mash the remaining part
add the sugar along with the oil and eggs
whisk with beaters
combine the banana puree with the mixture and mix.
Add the flour, starch, and baking powder and blend
Add the chocolate chips
Place in a greased and floured pan
Insert the previously cut banana strips and chocolate chips as desired
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
