Chicken Cacciatore is a delicious classic main dish.
Its genuine and rustic flavor of peasant tradition reminds us of the dishes of our grandparents😊
The final touch is given by the potatoes cut into pieces, which cook slowly together with the chicken, absorbing all the flavors and aromas.
The result is a dish with a rich and overwhelming flavor, with tender and succulent chicken and soft, tasty potatoes.
It’s perfect for a family dinner or a Sunday lunch with friends, accompanied by a good red wine and homemade bread for dipping😉
