Codfish Meatballs in Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1.3 lbs codfish
  • 3/4 cup pistachios
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 lemon
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt, pepper
  • bunches parsley

Steps

  • Chop the codfish and place it in the blender and blend. Meanwhile, chop the parsley and add it

  • Add half of the pistachios, salt, pepper, a drizzle of oil, and the juice of half a lemon. Blend

  • With a spoon, take the soft mixture and form balls. Chop the remaining pistachios

  • Give the meatballs a first coating with breadcrumbs, then add the pistachios to the breadcrumbs and give a second coating.

  • In the oven at 390°F for 15 minutes or fry them in plenty of oil to make them tastier
