- 2 bell peppers
- 3.5 oz Philadelphia
- 1 shallot
- basil
- salt, oil
- 12 oz pasta

Steps
Here is the procedure:
Start by finely chopping the shallot
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and cook the shallot
Meanwhile, wash and clean the peppers from the filaments. Cut them into cubes
When the shallot is cooked, add the peppers and let them sauté for two minutes on high heat.
Add a glass of water and cook. Meanwhile, cook the pasta.
Adjust the salt and add the basil.
Blend half of the peppers creating a smooth cream
In a bowl, mix the pepper cream and the Philadelphia, blend well.
Dress the cooked pasta with the pepper cream
Add the remaining peppers and mix.
