Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs mixed ground meat
- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- 1 Galbanino cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg + 1 egg white for sealing
- 3 slices of sandwich bread
- 0.7 oz Parmesan cheese
- 3.5 oz cooked spinach
- salt and parsley
Tools
- Non-stick baking trays loaf pan
- Ovens Electric oven
Steps
Soften the slices of sandwich bread in milk
In a bowl, put the meat and add Parmesan, egg, salt, parsley, and the squeezed sandwich bread.
Mix until you get a well-blended mixture.
Place the mixture on parchment paper
cover it with another sheet. Roll out the meat with a rolling pin forming a rectangle
Remove the sheet and fill with spinach and ham
Add the Galbanino on the shorter outer side
Roll it up using the parchment paper
Close well the sides of the meatloaf and seal by brushing with the egg white
Wrap it in the paper and place it in a pan (I used the loaf pan)
Bake in the oven at 356Β°F for 30 min then continue cooking by uncovering it from the paper for another 15 minutes
